Dsquared2 – Manchester City

Manchester City Sign Dsquared2 As Official Fashion Partner

Manchester City is delighted to announce that the renowned fashion brand Dsquared2 has joined as the Club’s exclusive Official Fashion Partner.

The multi-year partnership will see Dsquared2, known for their tailoring and innovative cool denim, dress City’s players in their exclusive pre-match uniforms when they travel for Champions League games.

In July, Manchester City launched its new badge, a modern-original that combines fans’ favourite elements from across the Club’s history with a modern finish. With this in mind, the new Dsquared2 uniform, which Manchester City’s players will wear is inspired by the Club’s rich heritage; mixing Italian and English tailoring codes with modern touches.

Commenting on Manchester City’s collaboration with Dsquared2, Damian Willoughby, senior vice president of partnerships for City Football Group, said:

“Dsquared2 and Manchester City share many important brand values. We both believe in the importance of attention to detail, providing the best experience and constantly challenging ourselves to be at the top of our game. Throughout the partnership, we will collaborate to highlight the best features of our brands and supporters, bringing the past, present and future together.

“We are all looking forward to working with Dsquared2 over the coming seasons and we know the players are very excited to begin wearing their new matchday uniforms.”

Dan and Dean Caten, founders and designers of Dsquared2, added:

“We are honoured to be dressing the Manchester City team, we have designed a unique suit for the players and the staff, modern fit and elegant fabrics. Mr Guardiola and his team represent and embody Dsquared2 style and tailoring on sports. This is just a sneak peak, one of their new looks “the casual sport traveller”. Their official tailored uniforms will be released later on in the year.

We look forward to seeing them all suited up”
